Course Title Yoga

Description Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, it’s longevity is a testament to it’s success in bringing health and wellbeing.

This course is aimed at improving flexibility and strength through the practice of posture work (Asana) This is a gentle style of Yoga (Hatha)

Content Posture work, breath awareness and relaxation

Equipment Equipment is provided however if you do own a Yoga mat please bring it. Wear Comfortable clothing and try not to eat immediately prior to class. Bring a small blanket for relaxation.
