Introduction to Digital Marketing - T2

The Marketing environment has changed rapidly. Marketing’s interaction with customers has shifted into digital media, where a business communicates directly to customers using, mobile phones, websites, social media, email.

This course will teach you a broad range practical Digital Marketing Skills.

Emphasis will be placed on:

Digital Research
Connecting with the Customer
Creating and Curating Content
Publishing and Distributing Content
Key Social Platforms for Digital Marketing
Setting up a Social Media Experience for a Business
Keywords and Building an SEO Content Plan

Learners will focus on problem-solving and creative thinking to design and make their own digital artefacts.

This course is suited to adult learners and those aspiring to become Digital Marketing and/or Project Managers, or those considering pursuing a professional qualification in either field of study via Third <strong>Level:</strong> / University.

Entry Requirements

Education: Applicants seeking entry onto the programme must have reached the current sta<strong>Tutor:</strong>y school leaving age and have achieved a QQI <strong>Level:</strong> 5 Award or its equivalent prior to entry on to the programme.

Aptitude: Applicants must have a good command of English in both written and verbal form, written and numerical comprehension.
