Yoga (Teens)

Description: Yoga is a self-empowering, non-competitive, self-acceptance practice. Practices are designed to release stress & anxiety from the body, mind and emotion bringing us to a stronger centre. Awakening our inner strength, power, joy and freedom. Through breathwork, physical postures, relaxations and meditations will will have some fun while learning valuable life-enhancing tools.
