Easter Desserts & Pastries

Description: Each class begins with a demonstration followed by practical. We aim to produce a wide variety of classic pastry desserts & gateau. The techniques used will involve; mousses and handling of gelatin, génoise sponge and roulade, yeast doughs & tartlets, tempered chocolate etc.

Course Content: Items made include, Baileys Mouse, Victoria sponge cake, Hot-cross & Chelsea bun, Eves pudding, Pineapple upside-down cake & Chocolate truffles

Tutor: John Power

Duration: 10 weeks

Start Date: 28th January.

Class Time: 2 ½ hr. in duration.

Day: Tuesday evening 7pm - 9.30pm
