Level: All abilities welcome

Description Hatha Yoga. Gentle postures and breath work to encourage greater flexibility and awareness.

Course Content: various asana (postures) to sequentially stretch and release. Breath work to mindfully connect to the body. Guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) on conclusion of each class.
