Course Description
This Sport Science programme is specifically designed for learners who wish to progress to further college studies in sport science and physical education teaching. This programme will allow learners to learn more about sports science, sports nutrition, exercise and coaching. The programme is ideally suited to any learner who wishes to progress to PE Teaching in UCC or other UK colleges.

Career Opportunities
Graduates from this programme are provided with a foundation for study in the field of PE and Sport Science. Graduates can also apply to UCC for a limited number of reserved QQI places on the Sports Studies and Physical Education course, which are available on a competitive basis.

Erasmus
Every year a number of learners have the opportunity to travel to another European country for three weeks of fully funded work experience. The students attend work in their vocational area.
